This process is to be used for internal meetings, and group activity that does not have a public facing event.  For "Event" requests, please click here.

The booking process works as follows:

  • Step 1 - Check availability
  • Step 2 - Complete booking request (goes to Parish Administrator)
  • Step 3 - Check you receive confirmation of your request (your e-mail)
  • Step 4 - Receive confirmation (or decline) from Parish Administrator in 2-3 working days (in your e-mail)

To continue with your booking request, follow the steps below:
